Assalamu alaikum

Welcome to the Islamic Center of Live Oak

A place for prayer, learning, and community in the heart of Live Oak. Whether you come every day or it's your first visit, you're welcome here.

About Us

A Masjid for the Whole Community

Since 1992, Muslim families from Live Oak and nearby towns have gathered here to pray, learn, and look out for one another. You don't need to know anything about Islam to visit. Just come as you are, and feel free to ask us anything.

  • Friday sermon (khutbah) by Sheikh Imam, in English and Urdu
  • A separate, private prayer space for sisters
  • First-time visitors and new Muslims always welcome
  • Always happy to answer your questions about Islam

The Islamic Center of Live Oak is a nonprofit, run by volunteers and supported by the community it serves. Alongside the daily prayers and Jumu'ah, the masjid offers Quran classes for children and adults, nikah and janazah services, and support for new Muslims.

Whoever goes to the masjid in the morning and in the evening, Allah prepares for him a place of honor in Paradise every time he goes.
